Your tracks.
A live set
waiting to happen.

Meet Live Set Cutter. We’re building a simpler way to turn finished tracks into loops for your next live set.

Match the kick & low-end level between tracks for smoother transitions. Select multiple loops and export them together as 24-bit WAV files. Then bring them into Ableton Live and make the set your own.

Live Set Cutter / The workflow

Prepare the loops.
Keep the creative decisions.

01 / FIND YOUR MOMENTS

Build around an anchor.

Choose the sections you want to play. The intended workflow brings source loops to your anchor tempo, with synced preview before export.

02 / MATCH THE FOUNDATION

Keep the low end consistent.

Kick and low-end gain matching helps prepare transitions between different tracks. Listen, adjust and keep control of the result.

03 / EXPORT & CREATE

Take it into Ableton.

Export several selected loops together as 24-bit WAV files. Arrange, layer and process them in your own Live project.

A small studio. A practical point of view.

Built from
“there must be
an easier way.”

I’m Tobi, a producer and DJ. Offbeat Tools starts with the repetitive jobs I run into while producing and preparing music to play live.

The aim is simple: focused tools that are easy to understand, useful as you grow, and offered at fair prices. Live Set Cutter is our first glimpse of what’s ahead. More ideas are quietly taking shape behind the scenes.

We’re starting small, testing carefully, and letting real production problems decide what comes next.

Good questions

A few things to know.

When can I try Live Set Cutter?

Live Set Cutter is still in development. We’ll share more as it takes shape, with public downloads after testing. You can email support@offbeattools.com to express interest in the private beta; access is not guaranteed.

Will it work with my DAW?

Supported systems, DAWs and plugin formats are still being tested. We’ll publish confirmed compatibility before release.

Do I need to be an experienced producer?

Our goal is to make each tool approachable without getting in the way of experienced users. Live Set Cutter is being designed around a clear, focused preparation workflow.

How much will it cost?

Our planned model is a one-time purchase, with maintenance updates included within the purchased major version. Final prices and licence terms will be published before sales open.

Can I use any track as a source?

Use music and samples you own or have permission to use. Buying a tool does not grant rights to third-party recordings, compositions or samples.
